On-site Audit

Scope:

This one day program provides practical on-site audit experience to immediately put into practice and reinforce concepts introduced in the two day audit program.

Designed for:

Anyone interested in improving both technical and interpersonal audit skills. Any employee involved in the audit process. Anyone who has completed:

• ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Course
• ISO/TS 16949 Internal Auditor Course
• ISO 14001 Internal Auditor Course
• ISO 13485 Internal Auditor Course
• AS9100 Internal Auditor Course

Content:

• Audit preparation
• Observe an experienced auditor perform a brief audit of an area of the quality system such as the gage lab
• Perform an actual audit of one elements of the quality system
• Prepare value added corrective action requests or nonconformities
• Present findings to management in a closing meeting
• Summary and audit feedback

Goals:

To provide participants with actual real life on-the-job experience to be able to:

• Perform audits on their own
• Apply principles learned in the two day audit program

Objectives:

Upon completion of the program, participants will be able to:

• Plan and conduct a thorough value-add audit
• Write clear, concise, helpful nonconformities
