This one day program includes the necessary skills to facilitate or help a team work effectively.

Individuals who are facilitating any process of project team, such as, FMEA, problem solving, process or product improvement or design teams.

• Increase understanding of communication, desirable facilitator behaviors, question and listening skills and group dynamics
